All paved driveways are treated with vegetation killer. No guarantee that vegetation will not recur.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All jobs completed in a workman like manner according to standard practice . Any alteration or deviation from the contract specifying extra cost, will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the original estimate . All agreement contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control owner to carry fire, tornado, and other necessary insurance. All thicknesses are to be interpreted as a average .
